BASF Sells Versamid Trademark to Gabriel Performance Products

BASF Corporation and Gabriel Performance Products, LLC, a US-based specialty chemical company, finalized a transaction transferring the Versamid trademark to Gabriel, and exclusively licensing the polyamide curing agent technology in the US.
